As you all know, Jason has orders to move to Moody AFB in Valdosta, Georgia. So, last Wednesday Jason, Madison, Jack, Jill, and I packed in the truck and drove 8 hours from Fayetteville to Valdosta. The very first house we saw, we loved, but it was a little out of our price range, so we continue driving around looking for 6 more hours. We find one more house that we could see ourselves in. So, the next day we meet up with our realtor and she shows us a few houses, and we like one of them. So, we have 3 houses we like now that we have to choose between. In the meantime, Madison is very irritable, crying all the time, and not herself at all. So, Jason notices a couple sores on her lips. We immediately take her to the ER where the doctor tells us it's viral stomatitis. He says to give her Tylenol and Motrin for pain and they can't treat it cause it's viral. So we continue on our house huting, but not before surprising Jason's dad with a birthday party! (Gotcha!) And now after talking to Jason's dad we decide to go with our first choice of houses (the one we saw on the first day!) We get with our realtor and get the ball rolling. So 2 more days go by, and Madison is not getting any better, it's actually getting worse. She now has sores all over the outside and inside of her mouth. So I take her back to the ER and demand they give her something stonger for pain. They give me Lidocaine mouthwash which woks like a charm. Why couldn't they have just done that the first time!!! So, now that she's feeling better everyone is at ease. We set a closing date for our house as November 16 at 2:30! We can't wait. Oh, and I also had 2 interviews while we were down there. I interviewed at Smith Northview Hospital for an outpatient RN and also at JL Lomax Elementary school for a school nurse. I will let you all know what happens there. I know some of you already saw the house, but here are some pictures anyways. Sorry this is so long, but we had a very eventful trip! Love you all!
