Happy Holidays!

Hey everyone. Got a few differnt pictures to post up. The first ones are of our Christmas tree. We got our very first real Christmas tree this year. I thought it was going to be messy, but it's not at all. I really like it!
Here is Jason carrying it in the house.
And Madison putting on an ornament.

The finished product!

These next few pictures are from last night. We went to the Festival of Lights at Wild Adventures. Here's Madison and Jason on the carosel.

She was tall enough to ride this one by herself. She looks a little scared, but once it started going she enjoyed it.

Madison in front of one of the many lighted trees. I read that there were over 2 million lights at Wild Adventures! It was pretty neat.

And these last couple pictures are from Saturday night. Some of the older VW's got together and rode in the Christmas parade in Hahira. Here's some of the van's going through the parade.

The Bug lined up and ready to start the parade.
Madison loved it! We had bought 4 big bags of candy and she loved throwing it out the window. She's still talking about throwing the candy out the window!
We'll be in PC for Christmas. We should get there Christmas Eve night and leave the Sunday after Christmas. Looking forward to seeing everybody.
Oh yeh, I had a Doctor's appointment today and everything is fine. We heard the heartbeat and the said it sounded good and strong! 7 more weeks until we find out if it's a boy or girl!

Santa Baby....

Well, Madison actually got near Santa Claus this year! We were shopping at Wal-mart and I didn't even know Santa was going to be there, that's why she isn't really dressed up. But Madison sat on his lap all of 2 seconds because he gave her a candy cane. Right after the lady snapped the picture, she started crying. I know it's not the best picture, but she's not crying!

Baby #2

Hey everybody! I went in for an ultrasound today and I figured I would share the first pictures of the littlest Hough! Everything looked good. We got to see the little booger moving around. He/she was moving his/her arms and legs. It was really neat to see. The heart beat was good and strong, so that's a good sign. Hope you enjoy!

New pics.

Hey everyone! I thought I'd just share some pictures from this weekend.
Here's Madison and I this afternoon.
Madison wrestling Jack while we had a fire outside last night. Sorry Jack's eyes look a little freaky, I tried to fix it, but it didn't work.
Madison waiting patiently on the 4-wheeler for us to start making s'mores.

Madison resting after picking up some pecans.

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! Hope everyone had a great day. Madison sure did. She had a party at school and then tonight we went trick or treating at a local church. Sorry these pictures are kinda backwards. This is towards the end of the night, you can tell she's looking tired!
Madison checking out the candy she's got.

Madison and Mommy

Sorry this pictures kinda dark, but I still thought it was cute.

We hope everyone is doing well and we can't wait to see everyone at Thanksgiving!

Cute

Hey everybody. I've been trying to get video of Madison playing with here bears and I finally got some today. I'll try to translate some of what she is saying in case you can't understand. As you can see she is sitting on the doorstep and she has her 3 bears sitting beside her. She is singing the ABC's with them. When they are done she says, "what else do you want to sing? ABC'? We already sang that. Old MacDonald?" And then she sings Old MacDonald.

In this video she is letting the bears read her Winnie the Pooh and Barbie books. At one point she says, "gotta share it." She hears a noise and asks, "did you hear that? Yes" And I guess one of her bears got scared because she picked him up and said, "it's okay."

Fall Festival

Madison's school had a Fall Festival tonight that we went to. She dressed up as a scarecrow. The cutest scarecrow I've ever seen!
Looking out at the rain. It's been raining all day here!

Madison with Mrs. Jennifer and her friend, Amari. She talks about Amari all the time!

Madison coloring with Ms. GiGi. When Madison first starting going to this school Ms. GiGi was the only person she would go to without crying.

Waiting in line to pick a duck.

NO MORE PACI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You read it right...no more pacifier! Madison has been off the paci except for at nighttime since she turned one, but now she is completely done with her paci. She's such a big girl! She's been chewing her paci's cause she's teething her back molars and she will chew holes in them. So her teacher at school had to throw her paci away at school on Wednesday because she chewed a hole in it. And I told Madison that was it, no more paci! She did well the first night considering she's slept with a paci every night for over 2 years. She cried for about 15 minutes and woke up a total of 5 times in the middle of the night. And she did fine at school today. She did really great tonight going to bed, she didn't cry at all!!! We'll see if she wakes up in the middle of the night or not.
Anyways, I was really excited about that and I just had to share!
Here's Madison posing for the camera.
Swinging like a big girl!

My little diva!
Tomorrow night is Madison's Fall festival at school, so she will dress up in her scarecrow outfit and go play games and get candy and all that good stuff. I'll post up pictures of that as soon as I can.

Update

Hey everybody! Just thought I'd send out an update since it's been a while. Madison is doing great with her potty training. She wears big girl panties while we are at home and when she goes to school. And she wears pull ups whenever we are out running errands. She hardly ever has any accidents. She's such a big girl!
Here's a picture I took when we were getting ready to go to church the other week.
Playing on the trampoline.
At the honeybee festival in Hahira.
Here's Jason and Madison in the waiting room at Toyota (we were getting the oil changed on the truck).
This is Madison saying "cheese"
Hope everyone is doing well. We are doing great and can't wait to see everybody again. The next time we will be in Panama City will be for Thanksgiving.

Pure Redneck

First off...this is Jason posting...not Leslie:) After going to Grassy Pond yesterday I didn't get my redneck fill. I had "heard" from a coworker that if I stayed on Knight's Academy and drove till it became a dirt road it would dead end into a river. Well yesterday I went to look for it and it was better than expected. Dang near a redneck's paradise if you ask me. So today after church, Leslie, Madison, and I loaded up the ATV and fishin poles and headed down to the river(now that's redneck). The river is very shallow in some areas which makes it passable with ATV's. At one point we crossed though it came over the fenders and the engine was completely submerged but they are designed for such abuse. Anyway...we found a nice little area and we started out...
Here's Leslie getting Madison acquainted to the water

Absolutely gorgeous white sand!!!

This kinda shows you how nice it is. Leslie and Madison are standing on a sandbar and fishing from there. At that point the river gets real deep fast.

Daddy pulled the only fish in but it wasn't without the family's help. Leslie used Madison's Barbie Net to catch a minnow which I used to catch this monster!

Here's Madison playing with her net. The water was a bit cool cause it's late September but she loved it still. Next summer we will probably live down here:)

Thanks for viewing. If you're ever in Valdosta and get bored...we can always go down to the river. I love it here...

Grassy Pond

Hey eveybody! Jason, Madison, and I took a trip out to Grassy Pond yesterday to eat lunch and go fishing. I thought we were gonna just rent some fishing poles and stuff, but Jason surprised us and we all went to Wal-mart and got our own fishing poles. Madison picked out a Barbie one!
Here's Jason heating up some hot dogs and baked beans on the grill.
Madison getting the hot dog buns ready.
Madison playing peek-a-boo. She could stand on the step bar on the side of the bug and she was just popping up and saying "boo!"
Madison trying out her new barbie fishing pole.
I love this picture!
Fishing some more.
It must not have been a good day for fishing. We didn't catch anything and neither did anybody else there. Oh well, next time!
